About the artist - Rosemary Hills:

 

"I paint and draw for pleasure and have done so since childhood. Only in recent years, following retirement, have I had the time to persue my long held passion for art and design and to exhibit my paintings. I love vibrant colours and bold designs and describe my current artwork as 'stylised/naturalistic, inspired by imagery and nature. I held my first solo exhibition of Contemporary Art and Design at The Gallery, Wimbledon Library in July 2013, and have since exhibited at the 'Love Wimbledon ' Art Fair, The Merton Arts Trail, Art in the Park and The Lantern Arts Centre.

InItially painted in acrylic on canvas, paper, and card, my artwork is also available as mounted and framed prints, postcards and blank greeting cards."
